150 ml liquid milk
1 egg
2 tablespoons liquid margarine
150 ml water
1 pack of Kobe Breadcrumbs (270 grams)
500 ml cooking oil
How to make Banana Nugget:
Step 1.
Mash the bananas and mix with 1 pack of Kobe Crispy Fried Banana Flour, liquid milk, eggs and melted margarine. Stir well.
Step 2.
Pour the mixture into a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper. Steam until cooked. Remove and cool.
Step 3.
Mix 1 pack of Crispy Fried Banana Flour Kobe with water. Stir well.
Step 4.
Dip the banana nuggets that have been cut to taste. Lift and roll into Kobe Breadcrumbs.
Step 5.
Fry in hot oil until golden brown. Drain well.
