Grilled Chicken Sate is a satay recipe that is easy to make and very practical. Made from chicken meat, this satay creation has its own characteristics. Seasoned with Oyster Sauce, coriander, honey, sweet soy sauce and lime leaves. Chicken meat soaked in Oyster Sauce makes the marinade seep deep. Material:
250 gr chicken fillet (cut into strips)
1 sachet of Oyster Sauce
2 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce
1 teaspoon coriander, mashed
5 lime leaves, finely sliced
2 tablespoons honey
7 pieces of skewers Soy Sauce
 
Ingredients:
10 pieces of red cayenne pepper, sliced
8 cloves of red onion, finely chopped
1 tomato (seeded out, diced)
2 limes (cut, seeds removed) sweet soy sauce
 
How to make Grilled Chicken Satay:
Step 1.
Marinate the chicken with a mixture of  Oyster Sauce, sweet soy sauce, coriander and lime leaves. Add honey. Stir well and soak for 15 minutes or so.
Step 2.
Pierce the meat with a skewer. Grill the satay until cooked. Set aside.
How to make Soy Sauce:
Mix all ingredients until smooth. Set aside.
Step 4.
Serve Grilled Chicken Satay with rice and soy sauce.
