For now, so many of Aceh culinary delights are being hunted by foreign and local tourists. How to Make Aceh Noodles:
Step 1.
Fry red onion, white onion, chili, tomato until cooked.
Step 2.
Blend the spices that have been fried until smooth.
Step 3.
Sauté the sliced red onion until slightly yellow, then add the ground spices, stir until cooked and add the curry powder, then stir until it smells good.
Step 4.
Enter the shrimp, stir until it changes color, add the meat and pour the broth.
Step 5.
After boiling, add the cabbage and bean sprouts, stir briefly, add the sweet soy sauce and soy sauce, and the powdered broth, mix well.
Step 6.
After blending, add the noodles, stir until absorbed until cooked.
Step 7.
After the taste is right, the noodles are ready to be served with your beloved family at home.
