500 ml thick coconut milk
500 ml drinking water

125 grams of medium protein flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
15 grams of cocoa powder
1/4-1/2 teaspoon Pandan leaves paste
 
How to make sago layer cake:
Step 1.
Boil all the liquid ingredients together until the sugar dissolves then leave it to warm.
Step 2.
Gradually pour the liquid ingredients into the bowl containing the sago flour, flour and salt while stirring well using a whisk. After that, strain the dough and divide it into 3 equal parts.
