Spicy chicken curry |

You need to prepare various types of spices for this special recipe. Call it cardamom, cinnamon, star anise, to cloves and curry powder. For protein, use a whole chicken of a maximum of 1 kg and divide into eight parts.

1 cm ginger
2 onions
5 cloves
5 cardamoms

2 tablespoons curry powder
200 ml coconut milk
2 teaspoons Chicken Broth
200 ml water
How to make:
Step 1.
Puree the onion, garlic, ginger, red chili, and oil.
Step 2.
Saute onions, cloves, cinnamon, chicken stock, cardamom until fragrant.
Step 3.
Add ground spices, chicken, and curry spices. Cover and cook until the chicken is cooked.
Step 4.
Add coconut milk and water, simmer while stirring for 5 minutes or until absorbed. Serve.
