1 bunch of long beans
2 carrots
1 pack of sprouts
Urap coconut seasoning:
3 cloves of garlic
3 cloves of red onion
3 pieces of chili
3 pieces of red chili
1 cm shrimp paste
1 segment aromatic ginger
3 lime leaves
brown sugar and salt to taste
enough banana leaves
How to make:
Step 1.
Puree the grated coconut seasoning, mix with the grated coconut until smooth.
Step 2.
Wrap with banana leaves. Steam until cooked or about 15 minutes.
Step 3.
Cut the vegetables and boil until cooked, set aside.
