Avocado, Shrimp & Tomato Salad |

Material:
8 ounces (250 grams) of raw shrimp, peeled and shelled
1 large avocado, diced
1 handful cherry tomatoes, diced
1/2 red onion, chopped
Freshly chopped cilantro (or parsley)
2 tablespoons salted butter, melted
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
Fresh cracked salt and pepper
Preparation and cooking method:
Step 1.
To make avocado shrimp salad: Toss shrimp with melted butter in a bowl until well coated.
Step 2.
Heat the skillet over medium heat. Add the prawns to the skillet in a single layer, broil for a minute or until they start to turn pink around the edges, then flip and cook until the prawns are cooked through, less than a minute.
Step 3.
Transfer the prawns to a shallow plate and let cool while preparing the other ingredients.
Step 4.
Add all other ingredients (avocado, tomato, onion, and cilantro) to a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and lime juice and stir to mix everything together.
Step 5.
Add the cooked prawns and stir quickly to mix well. Season the shrimp avocado salad with more salt and pepper, to taste.
Step 6.
Then Avocado, Shrimp & Tomato Salad is ready to be enjoyed!
