Material:
Eggs 100 grams
Oyster Mushroom 100 grams
Kobe White Seasoned Flour 150 grams
Kobe Breadcrumbs 150 grams
 
How to make Crispy Mushroom Nugget:
Step 1.
Beat eggs then steam until cooked.
Step 2.
Prepare the mushrooms, then finely chop along with the steamed eggs earlier.
Step 3.
Then mix it using Kobe White Seasoned Flour.
Step 4.
Once mixed then steamed until cooked.
Step 5.
Once cooked, remove and cut into long squares.
Step 6.
Roll in Kobe White Seasoned Flour then dip in egg then roll in Kobe Breadcrumbs Flour.
Step 7.
Fry until golden yellow.
Step 8.
