Papaya Salad Ingredients:
unripe papaya (peeled, cut into matchsticks)
50 grams of bean sprouts (remove the roots, wash thoroughly)
cucumber (remove the center, slice obliquely, wash thoroughly)
5 cherry tomatoes (cut into 4 parts)
1 pack of BonCabe level 10, Original flavor
1 tablespoon fish sauce
5 tablespoons of sugar
salt to taste
1 lemon (squeeze the juice)
2 tablespoons fried peanuts
How to make Papaya Salad:
Step 1.
Sliced papaya is sprinkled with a little salt. Knead and wash clean.
Step 2.
Combine BonCabe level 10. Fish sauce, sugar and lemon juice. Stir until dissolved.
Step 3.
Add papaya, bean sprouts, cucumber and cherry tomatoes. Mix well.
Step 4.
Let stand until the spices infuse.
Step 5.
