Fried Squid Ingredients:
500 grams squid (cut into 2 cm rings)
2 tablespoons lime juice
140 ml of water

Thai Sauce Ingredients:
1 clove garlic (finely chopped)
2 curly red chili (finely chopped)
3 tablespoons of tomato sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
250 ml water
1/2 tablespoon sago flour (dissolve with 1/2 tablespoon water)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 sachet BonCabe level 10
1 lemongrass stalk (finely sliced lengthwise)
3 lime leaves
How to make Fried Squid:
Step 1.
Wash the squid until clean. Coat the squid with lime juice. Set aside.
Step 2.
Make a wet dough from 1 pack of Kobe Kentucky Super Crispy Flour plus 140 ml of water. Stir until the dough does not clump.
Step 3.
Also prepare 2 packs of dry Kobe Kentucky Super Crispy flour in another bowl.
